Parkside Medical Services Corporation

SHCC provided marketing services to the northeast facilities of Parkside Medical Services Corporation, a national network of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment facilities in 19 states. SHCC conducted market analyses, developed marketing materials, secured managed care contracts and increased managed care patient flow for 4 facilities in Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, and New Jersey.

Results:

The 4 facilities were helped to implement and build their managed care line of business as a new source of revenue as well as to expand outpatient time-limited treatment modalities.



TRIS

SHCC consulted to TRIS, a mental health agency in Southern New Jersey, to expand its service focus from day programs for severely and persistently mentally ill adults to short-term outpatient functional and behavioral therapy for community clients.

Results:
